What's up? Look on a shot!
Well, Volga is a greatest russian river, but not all cities in Russia are placed on its banks. Especially St.Petersburg. Anyway, when this shot reaaly made from Volga bank, in camera is installed super hi-tech lens (maybe from NASA garderobe) - distance from this point is about 1000 miles, you can click on a photo and follow to the original, while author doesn't fix this shameful mistake.
